CSF owns and manages 186 rental units, ranging from efficiency, one- to four-bedroom multi-apartment complexes to duplexes and single-family homes. We accept housing assistance and are an
equal-opportunity housing provider.
Provided to low- and moderate-income households, our properties are located in Clearwater, Palm Harbor, South St. Petersburg, Port Richey, and Spring Hill, Florida.
Affordable yet professionally managed and maintained, properties offered by CSF include some amenities not found elsewhere in Pinellas County.
