Fair Housing Counseling &
Housing Placement & Assistance Program

  • CSF provides comprehensive housing services and free fair housing counseling to Pinellas County households.
  • CSF's Housing Placement Specialist attempts to locate affordable housing and to place Pinellas County households in safe, healthy and affordable rental housing with a goal to obtain permanent housing when circumstances permit.
  • Clients receive written materials defining tenants’ and landlords’ legal rights.
  • Follow-up interviews determine if fair housing rights have been afforded to tenants by their landlords.
  • When EFSP funds are available, qualified clients may receive rental/mortgage assistance.

Our Housing Placement Specialist interfaces with other non-profit organizations, government agencies, and private companies to ensure we provide the fair housing counseling and housing placement and assistance services our clients require.
